Project JEET is being jointly implemented by William J. Clinton Foundation (WJCF), Centre for Health Research & Innovation (CHRI) and Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND), and funded by Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM)

OBJECTIVES

The key objective of this project is to set up effective and sustainable structures to strengthen existing systems and seamlessly extend quality TB care to patients in the private sector.

The project takes a multi-pronged approach to engaging with the private sector, as part of the NSP mantra of “go where the patients go”.

Building upon the joint successes and learnings of partner organizations in the consortium, the project is designed to address inefficiencies at every step of the patient care cascade. The project takes a multi-pronged approach to engaging with the private sector, as part of the NSP mantra of “go where the patients go”.

The project proposes to contract agencies at the district level to work closely with the patient and all patient touchpoints, including chemists, pharmacies, clinics, providers, hospitals, laboratories, and RNTCP. The project will engage with the RNTCP network at national, state and district levels.
